Taco Bell Information for Parents of Graduating Seniors

Where do we park?   Regular stadium parking is available starting 1 hour before the ceremony that will require no payment or parking permit.  Lincoln parking garage is also available. 

What entrances are open?    Lobbies 1 & 2 only

What time does the Arena open?    1 hour before the ceremony, 6pm.

What do I do if I need a wheelchair?  Let the ushers in the Lobby know.  They will allow guests to borrow an Arena wheelchair, escort them to their seat and bring one back at the end of the ceremony. 

I have people attending that cannot walk down stairs.     The top 2 rows of each level are designated as seating for people with mobility issues.

I’m in a wheelchair, where do I sit?  Parquet Level, seating sections 6,7,11,12,13,17,18  and Mezzanine Level, Section 34

I am hard of hearing, what should I do?  Request an assisted listening device from Guest Services Staff at entries.

Where do I meet my graduate after the ceremony?   The graduates will enter and exit out of Lobby 4 on the north side of the building.

How long do the ceremonies usually last?  The average is approximately 2 hours.

What kind of items can I bring to celebrate my graduate’s big day?  The following items are prohibited and will be denied entry into Taco Bell Arena:

  • Weapons of any kind (anything deemed a threat to public safety)
  • Bottles
  • Cans
  • Coolers
  • Alcohol of any type
  • Outside food or beverages.  Exceptions are made for medical conditions, baby needs, etc.
  • Laser pointers
  • Fireworks
  • Beach Balls
  • Air horns
  • Cowbells or noisemakers of any type
  • Controlled substances
  • Any other item deem unacceptable by Taco Bell Areana security or management
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Helium filled balloons
  • Glass vases with flowers

 

Are Concessions available?  Yes, light concessions are available.

Can I bring food in?    No, per Taco Bell Arena standard procedure.
